About us

Building the event infrastructure that was missing.

Tikiti was born from a simple observation: the tools available ignored the reality of the field. We built what was missing, starting from what really happens at the entrance of an event.

The problem

Existing platforms assume a bank card, a stable connection and an audience that buys online. In our markets, a large share of tickets is sold hand to hand, paid by Mobile Money and checked at the door with limited means. Organisers ended up using one tool to sell online and a notebook for everything else, then spent the night matching the two.

Our answer

We built a platform that treats the field as a first-class channel, not an exception. Paper tickets, sellers, outlets and offline control are part of the system just like the web checkout. A coupon sold in the street and a pass bought online land in the same report.

Meet us

The team is based in Kinshasa and spends a good part of its time at its clients' events. If you organise, write to us: we would rather understand a real need than present a brochure.

What we believe

  1. 01

The audience belongs to the organiser

Their attendee list is theirs, exportable, reusable. We don't resell it and we don't use it to push a competing event on their own website.

  2. 02

    No mandatory app

An attendee must be able to buy, register or reply to an invitation from a simple link. The app is a convenience, never a toll.

  3. 03

A tool that dies with the network is not a tool

Access control works offline. That is a design constraint, not an option bolted on afterwards.

  4. 04

    No number we can't prove

No fake testimonial, no client logo without consent, no self-awarded ranking. What isn't verified isn't published.

How Tikiti is organised

Three experiences for the same event, plus a supplies offer connected to the system.

  • Tikiti Business

    Organisers

Prepares and steers: website, sales, invitations, finance, analytics.

  • Tikiti Ops

    On site

Runs the day: POS, scanner, badges, staff, live supervision.

  • Tikiti

    Attendees

Goes with them: passes, invitations, programme, notifications.

  • Tikiti Supplies

    Supplies

Equips: connected wristbands, badges, books, signage.

Tikiti Admin, the platform's internal console, is not a commercial product and does not appear in this offer.

Our story

  1. The trigger

    One event, two systems

Online ticketing on one side, a book of tickets on the other, and a night spent reconciling the two.

  2. First product

    Sell and scan

Ticketing and access control, designed together from the start rather than plugged into each other.

  3. The field

    Sellers and paper tickets

Organisers showed us that the street sold more than the web. We brought the street in.

  4. Today

    A complete platform

Websites, invitations, distribution, operations and supplies, for events from a hundred to ten thousand people.

  5. Next

    Opening the platform

More integrations, more event formats, and partners building on top.

The team

Portraits and names of the team will come here, with their consent. Nothing is shown until it is true.
