An attendee does not come to fill in a form. They follow a journey you prepared.
Built for your format
Professional gatherings are not all organised the same way.
The form, the categories, the programme, the checks and the final report change with the format.
Speakers, programme and several attendee categories.
You publish a programme, welcome different profiles, and control access to the areas reserved for speakers, press or partners.
The programme first
Make people want to attend before asking them to register.
The event page says what will happen, for whom, where and under what conditions.
- Purpose of the gathering
- Speakers
- Programme
- Sessions and rooms
- Times
- Prices or conditions
- Partners
- Practical information
- Certification rules
A clear programme turns a hesitant registration into a prepared attendance.
The form
Ask each person the right questions.
Fields adapt to the profile: a student provides proof, a company gives its organisation, a journalist their outlet.
- Name and contact details
- Organisation and role
- Professional category
- Membership number
- Preferred workshop
- Specific needs
- Dietary requirements
- Supporting document
- Billing details
Ask everyone fewer questions. Ask each person the right ones.
Profiles, not a crowd
A member, a student and a speaker do not follow the same journey.
Each category can have its conditions, its price, its form, its required documents, its sessions, its badge and its zones.
Attendees
Members, non-members, students, guests: distinct conditions and prices.
Speakers
Trainers and panellists, with their sessions, documents and access.
Partners and press
Accreditation, reserved areas and information meant for them.
Teams
Organisers, welcome staff and providers, with the rights that go with the role.
One conference can host several experiences without multiplying tools.
When registration needs approval
Some requests become access only after review.
Limited training, accreditation, reserved price: the team checks what was submitted before approving the attendee.
- 01Request sentThe attendee fills in the form matching their profile.
- 02Information checkedThe team reviews what was submitted.
- 03Document reviewedProof is read by a person, not by a promise of automation.
- 04DecisionThe request is approved, completed or declined, and the attendee is told.
- 05Payment, if neededIt is only requested once the application is accepted.
- 06Pass issuedThe registration becomes access, with its sessions and rights.
Approval stays human. The journey stays organised.
Sessions and workshops
A shared programme, different journeys.
Each session carries its room, its capacity, its allowed categories and its attendance check.
| Session | Room | Capacity | Registered |
|---|---|---|---|
| Artificial intelligence | A | 120 | 112 |
| Cybersecurity | B | 50 | 50 |
| Fintech | C | 80 | 63 |
| Entrepreneurship | D | 40 | 36 |
Demonstration programme. Capacities and registrations are shown as an example.
A room's capacity should not be discovered when attendees are already at the door.
Attendees find their way
A personal agenda, not just a general programme.
Based on their category and their choices, each person sees the sessions that concern them and the changes that affect them.
- Their programme
- Their workshops
- The rooms
- The times
- The speakers
- The changes
- The documents
- Their next session
A general programme informs. A personal agenda guides.
Right message, right moment
Fewer general messages. More useful information.
Communication follows the moment and the category, instead of reaching everyone at once.
Before
Confirmation, payment, pass, required documents, programme, reminder and access instructions.
During
Room change, delayed session, workshop opening, shared document.
After
Thank you, resources, survey, results, certificate, next edition.
Information becomes useful when it arrives before the attendee needs it.
On the day
From check-in to badge, without changing list.
On arrival, teams work in Tikiti Ops on the same list as Tikiti Business, and immediately see the attendee's category, access and room.
- Scan a pass
- Search for an attendee
- Check their registration
- Confirm their category
- Record their arrival
- See their access
- Hand over or print their badge
- Point them to the right room
The list used at the desk is the one the organiser sees in Tikiti Business.
Attendance
Know who actually showed up.
Attendance can be recorded at the entrance, at the start of a day, at a session or at a mandatory course.
- Attendance at the conference
- Attendance per day
- Attendance per session
- Attendance sheet
- Proof of participation
- Report for the employer
- Registered versus present
A registration shows intent. Attendance shows what happened.
Certificates
A certificate matches a real participation.
You set the rule, Tikiti prepares certificates from recorded attendance, and you approve their delivery.
- 01You set the ruleFull day, mandatory session, several sessions, minimum percentage.
- 02Attendance is recordedAt the entrances and the sessions concerned.
- 03Files are preparedAttendees who meet the condition are grouped.
- 04You approveDelivery stays the organiser's decision.
- 05The attendee receives itWith the detail of what was validated.
A certificate is not only generated. It is backed by the journey that was recorded.
Measuring
Understand the journey, not just the number of registrations.
The indicators follow the attendee from the first visit to the certificate.
- Visits
- Registrations started
- Registrations validated
- Payments confirmed
- Split by profile
- Sessions chosen
- Attendance rate
- Arrival times
- Certificates issued
A conference is not measured by the number of forms received.
From the announcement to the certificate

Profile, registration, sessions, badge, attendance and certificate stay tied to the same person.

What worked stays
The results say what to keep and what to change.
One attendee. One complete journey.
Before
One registration form, one payment file, another for workshops, an attendance sheet and certificates prepared separately.
With Tikiti
Profile, registration, sessions, badge, attendance and certificate stay tied to the same attendee.
Tikiti turns a registration into a complete journey, from discovering the programme to proving participation.
Frequently asked questions
Can we run a free conference?
Yes. Registrations can be free, paid or subject to approval, depending on the attendee category.
Can we apply different prices?
Yes, by category, by registration period or by the conditions you define.
How do we handle workshops with limited capacity?
Each session has its own capacity and, when the option is on, its own registration. A full session stops being offered.
Can a company register several colleagues?
An organisation can send its list and invite its colleagues. Group billing and formal invoices depend on what is agreed with you.
Can attendance be tracked per session?
Yes, when checks are configured for the sessions concerned, in addition to the main entrance.
Are certificates automatic?
They are prepared from recorded attendance, and their delivery is approved by the organiser. A certificate that left on its own would be worth less than one you confirm.
Do badges have to be printed in advance?
They can be prepared beforehand or printed on site when the equipment is available. Both work from the same list.
Build an experience that goes beyond registration.
Prepare your attendees, organise your sessions and keep a reliable record of attendance all the way to certification.
Start with simple registration. Turn on sessions, badges and certificates when your programme needs them.
