The numeric limits, such as active events, team members, agents or participants, are not settled yet. They are written into your proposal rather than guessed here.
Transaction fees
Know exactly what is taken.
Three different things, and they should not be added up from memory: what Tikiti charges, what the payment provider takes, and what applies only when the participation comes from Tikiti discovery.
Tikiti fee
What Tikiti charges for ticketing and processing the order.
Payment provider fee
What the Mobile Money operator or the card provider applies to the transaction.
Discovery fee
An additional cost only when a participation genuinely comes from Tikiti visibility.
| Where the participation comes from | Tikiti fee | Payment fee | Discovery fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your own link | Confirmed in your proposal | Depends on the operator | None |
| Your custom site | Confirmed in your proposal | Depends on the operator | None |
| Your seller | Confirmed in your proposal | Depends on the payment method | None |
| Tikiti discovery | Confirmed in your proposal | Depends on the operator | Confirmed in your proposal |
| Free event | No transaction | None | None |
Discovery is optional. Using Tikiti Business never requires you to appear in the Tikiti app.
The rates are not published yet. Until they are, you receive them in writing before you publish your event, never after a sale.
Estimate
Estimate what your event represents.
Set the price and the number of tickets: the gross amount is calculated here. The applicable fees are confirmed in your proposal, before publication.

This estimate varies with the payment method, the currency, refunds and the options you activate. The final amount is confirmed before publication.
Request my estimateNot every event sells tickets.
A free registration, a private invitation or an internal seminar has no sale to take anything from. The rule that applies to those events is written into your proposal.
- Free registrations
- Private invitations
- Weddings and ceremonies
- Internal events
- Partner-funded conferences
- Events without transactions
We will not write “free event, free Tikiti” until the rule is settled: depending on the case, it may take the form of an attendee limit, a flat fee per event or a subscription.

Discovery
OptionalYour infrastructure stays independent from your visibility.
You can use Tikiti only to run your event and reach your own audience. If you turn discovery on, your event can gain extra visibility in the Tikiti app.
Presence
Your event can be found by people searching in the app.
Promotion
Paid placement, decided and budgeted by you.
On results
Fees that apply only to participations genuinely brought in by Tikiti.
Campaigns
A separate advertising budget, on the channels you choose.
Appear in Tikiti discovery
You stay in control of turning it on, and you can turn it off.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
What fees apply to a sale?
Three separate items: the Tikiti fee for ticketing and order processing, the payment operator's fee, and a discovery fee only if the participation came from Tikiti visibility. The rates are confirmed to you in writing before publication.
Is Tikiti discovery mandatory?
No. You can use Tikiti as infrastructure, with your own audience and your own channels, without appearing in the app.
Does a free event cost anything?
There is no sale, so there is no transaction fee. Only the services you turn on, such as messages or supplies, are billed. The rule that applies to your event is written into your proposal.
Is the custom domain included?
It is included in the Pro plan and available as an option in the others. The domain name itself is still bought and renewed from its registrar.
Can I change plan?
Yes. When the change takes effect and what happens to events already running are agreed with you beforehand, so an event in progress does not change rules halfway through.
What happens if I cancel?
A subscription, a service already used, participant payments, supplies already produced and field support are not treated the same way. Each follows what is written in your organiser agreement.
When are funds paid out?
The payout schedule, the settlement currency, any checks and the fees deducted are set in your organiser agreement. We do not publish a single delay we could not honour everywhere.
Are taxes included?
Applicable taxes depend on your country and your status. They appear on your proposal and your invoices rather than being assumed included.
Start with the plan that matches your event.
You can turn on more tools, add a team or move to a subscription as your organisation grows.
You see the applicable costs before publishing or turning on a paid service.
