Tikiti covers your ticket books for your first event on the platform, in a quantity tied to your sales. You start distributing without paying for the paper up front.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order without using Tikiti Business?
Yes for some products. Activation at the point of sale, booklet traceability and reusing your lists, however, require an event configured in Tikiti.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. You send us your identity, or we adapt it from the elements already defined for your event.
Are the QR codes unique?
They are on items that must identify a person or a seat: some tickets, badges and invitations. A poster carries a shared QR code that leads to a page.
Is there a minimum quantity?
It depends on the product, the level of customisation and the printing process. It is written in the quote.
Can I rent the equipment?
Rental depends on the equipment available on your event date. We answer yes or no in the quote, never as a principle.
What is the production lead time?
It is confirmed in the quote, based on the product, the quantity, the customisation and the delivery location.
Can I approve the proof before production?
Yes. Nothing goes to production before you approve the proof.
