The channel that fits the message

The right channel doesn't only depend on what you have. It depends on the message.

Tikiti shows you the channels usable for the audience you picked, and leaves the choice to you.

  • Email

For detailed confirmations, programmes, documents and longer messages.

  • SMS

For short, urgent information, readable without an active connection.

  • WhatsApp

For quick exchanges and reminders, when that channel is configured and allowed.

  • Notification

For attendees using the Tikiti app who turned notifications on.

What you get

  1. 01

    Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push

The right channel for the message: confirmation, reminder, last-minute change.

  2. 02

    Segmentation

By ticket category, RSVP status, attendance, history or amount spent.

  3. 03

    Sales by channel

Web, sellers, outlets, Tikiti app. Every participation is tied to the channel that brought it.

  4. 04

    Acquisition sources

Which link, which network, which seller actually brought the sale.

  5. 05

    Conversion

From visitor to issued pass: at which step the journey stops.

  6. 06

    Attendance

Attendance rate by category, arrival time, comparison between editions.

Where your attendees come from

Every channel shows what it really brings.

A visit, a registration or an order ties to its source when the journey goes through a tracked link.

Demo data. It shows the shape of the report, not the results of a real event.

Before, during, after

Your attendees get the information they need at that precise moment.

A reminder the night before has nothing to do with a room change mid-session.

  1. 01Before: confirmation, invitation, reminder, programme, access instructions
  2. 02During: room change, delay, a gate opening, a message to one category
  3. 03After: thanks, certificate, survey, resources, results
  4. 04Then: groundwork for the next edition, following each person's preferences

Measure the whole event

  • Attendees and guests

  • Registrations and confirmations
  • Real attendance rate
  • Entries per gate and per hour

Understanding only has value while you can still act.

Before

Separate exports, numbers that don't match and a debrief written from memory.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the attendee data?

You do. You remain responsible for your attendee base, you can export it and use it for your next events. Tikiti does not resell that data.

Which channel for which message?

Email for confirmations and documents, SMS for short reminders, WhatsApp for quick exchanges, push notifications for app users. You choose per campaign.

What can I segment on?

Ticket category, RSVP status, actual attendance, purchase channel, amount spent, history. Segments combine.

How are sales attributed to a source?

Every shared link can be tracked, and every seller or outlet has its identifier. The report shows each source's share of revenue.

Can I compare two editions of the same event?

Yes. The key indicators, sales, attendance, sources, are comparable from one edition to the next.
