Every channel, one event

Your audience doesn't always buy the same way.

Several ways of distributing, without building several separate systems.

  • Online sales

Attendees order straight from the event page.

  • Individual sellers

Each seller gets a set stock and their own sales history.

  • Sales teams

Group several sellers under one lead or one team.

  • Outlets

Allocate stock to a shop, a kiosk or a partner business.

  • Official counters

Handle sales made in your own offices or at the venue.

  • Sales at the door

Let certain agents create or activate tickets on the day.

A physical coupon. A unique digital identity.

Every printed ticket carries a unique number and QR. Before handing it over, the seller scans it: that gesture turns the coupon into a valid ticket and ties the sale to the right seller.

Frequently asked questions

How does a paper ticket stay valid in the system?

Each coupon carries a unique number and QR created in Tikiti. Until the book is activated, none of its coupons is valid, which protects against theft of blank books.

How are seller commissions calculated?

You set a rate per seller or per ticket category. It is calculated at the time of sale and the summary per seller is available at any time.

What about unsold coupons?

They are deactivated at closing. Reconciling coupons handed out, sold and returned is automatic.

Can a seller take Mobile Money?

Yes. The sale is recorded in Tikiti Ops with its payment method, so there is no manual reconciliation at the end of the night.

How do I know which channel sold what?

Every sale carries its source: web link, seller, outlet or the Tikiti app. The report breaks revenue down by channel.
